- How do I make a purchase?
Paypal is the easiest way for payment. Simply choose your location. Singapore or rest of the world!
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. If there is an encounter with making a payment with Paypal, kindly drop us a note at shop@thebrandguide.com.

- What do I do if I receive a damaged book/package or have concerns about my order?
Our delivery team strives to get your order in one piece. We do quality control for all books before sending them out. All books are sent out shrink-wrapped. We will only address faulty products if the shrink-wrap has not been tampered with. The postal service in your country may open up the package for customs inspection which we would not be liable for any damage caused. We will also not be liable for any postal mishandling.

- How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders within Singapore will arrive within 5 to 10 days. All international orders will take longer, depending on location.

- Why am I paying tax?
All orders within Singapore will be charged a 7% GST in accordance to the Singapore Goods & Services Tax Act. For international orders, please note that your country may charge you customs levy or import tax and this is not something we are accountable for.

- What if I want to order more than 1 book?
Please email shop@thebrandguide.com so that we can help get you the shipping rate for bulk order. Do note that books are heavy!

- I would like to stock your books at my store. How can I do so?
We deal with wholesale orders at a minimum of 20 books for bookstores and other retail stores. For distribution and wholesale enquires, drop us an email at stockist@thebrandguide.com and we can take this conversation forward.
